• Summer Jam camp runs Tuesday, July 14 through Thursday, July 16 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
 • Kids Overnight camp: drop off Wednesday, August 5; pick-up on Saturday August 8

Who can attend camp?

• Summer Jam is for kids entering 1st - entering 4th grade in Fall 2026
 • Kids Overnight camp is for kids entering 3rd - entering 6th grade in Fall 2026

What is the price of camp?

Accepted Answer

• Summer Jam Early Bird $94 (April 12 - May 17)
 • Summer Jam Regular Price $114 (May 18 - June 21)
 • Kids Overnight Camp $199 
 • Includes: Programming, activities, supplies, t-shirt, lunch and snacks

Do I need to check my child in and out of camp each day?

Accepted Answer

• Summer Jam - Yes, campers need to be checked in and out each day. Multiple adults can be authorized for pick-up. 
 • Kids Overnight Camp - No, campers need to be checked in to camp on Wednesday, August 5 and picked up on Saturday, August 8

Question 5

How do I pay for camp? Do I need to pay when I register?

Accepted Answer

Payment is accepted by debit or credit card. You will be given the option to reserve your spot by paying a deposit or paying in full online at the time of registration; payment is due in full by the end of registration.

Question 6

Should campers bring a lunch or snack?

Accepted Answer

Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. However, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

Question 8

Do you offer scholarships and reduced camp fees?

Accepted Answer

We offer need-based help but cannot guarantee that scholarships funding will be available. Evergreen seeks to provide our camp experience to any interested family regardless of economic means. Please contact us at ekids@ecc4.org (mailto:ekids@ecc4.org)or fill out our Scholarship application. We will seek funding and notify you if we are able to help.
