What hours and days does camp run?Summer Jam camp runs Tuesday, July 8 through Thursday, July 10 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Summer Jam X camp runs Tuesday, July 8 through Thursday, July 10 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Who can attend Summer Jam camp?Summer Jam is for kids entering 1st – 4th grade in Fall 2025 Summer Jam X is for kids entering 5th - 6th grade in Fall 2025

What is the price of camp?Summer Jam Early Bird $94 (May 1 - May 18) Summer Jam Regular Price $114 (May 19 - June 22) Summer Jam X Early Bird $154 (May 1 - May 18) Summer Jam X Regular Price $174 (May 19 - June 22) - Includes: Programming, activities, supplies, t-shirt, lunch and snacks

Do I need to check my child in and out of camp each day?Yes, campers need to be checked in and out each day. Multiple adults can be authorized for pick-up if verified by the child’s parent.

How do I pay for camp? Do I need to pay when I register?Payment is accepted by debit card or credit card. You will be given the option to reserve your spot by paying a $25 deposit or paying in full online at the time of registration; payment is due in full by June 22.

Do you offer scholarships and reduced camp fees?We offer need-based help on occasion but cannot guarantee that scholarship funding will be available. Evergreen seeks to provide our camp experience to any interested family regardless of economic means. The deadline for camp registration is June 22, 2025. Please contact us at ekids@ecc4.org with your information regarding your needs. Summer Jam staff will seek funding and notify you if we are able to help.
